The objective is to develop properties over a defined period and sell them at a profit. To mitigate risks – particularly those related to obtaining building permits – the sites are secured, where possible, through purchase options. The investment focus is on residential assets, with an investment horizon of under five years.

The club deals target a return of over 15% IRR.
