Risks

Investments in financial products involve different risks, which also include the potential loss of the capital invested. The price, value and yield of collective capital investments are subject to fluctuations. Past performance is no indicator for future performance and does not offer any guarantee of future success. The Swiss Finance & Property Group does not accept any responsibility for the realisation of the anticipated increase in value. Detailed information on trading in securities and investments in collective schemes can be found in the brochure "Risks Involved in Trading Financial Instruments" published by the Swiss Bankers Association. The sole documentation relevant for an investment decision can be obtained from the Swiss Finance & Property Group.

Interested persons should be aware of the fact that the prices for investment funds/collective investment schemes can rise as well as fall. This is why information about historical performance does not provide any guarantee for the current and future performance of investment funds/collective investment schemes. Investment funds/collective investment schemes should always only be acquired after careful study of the relevant issue prospectus (for unit issues), sales prospectus (prospectus with integrated fund contract), basic information sheet and the last annual report (or semi-annual report, if the latter is more recent) and all other legally relevant documents (regulations, contractual conditions, articles of association, etc.). The issue prospectus (for unit issues), sales prospectus (prospectus with integrated fund contract), basic information sheet and the last annual report (or semi-annual report, if the latter is more recent) can be obtained free of charge in Switzerland from Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd, Zurich or from your custodian bank.
