Utilita Investment Foundation

To realise the existing pipeline, the investment foundation "Non-profit Real Estate Switzerland" is seeking new capital amounting to approximately CHF 50 million by the end of the 2024 calendar year. Based on the current pipeline, further subscriptions for the acquisition of connected properties amounting to approximately CHF 100 million are possible for the 2025 calendar year.
