Investissements Fonciers SA ("IFSA"), a fund management company with FINMA authorisation, is planning to launch a new investment vehicle "La Foncière Urban Development L-QIF" in the first half of 2026.

• Target volume:  CHF 100 - 120 million
• Subscription period: 11 to 29 May 2026
• Payment date: 10 June 2026
