The Realstone SA ("Realstone") is carrying out a capital increase for the Realstone RSF. Swiss Finance & Property Ltd is acting as placement agent and strategic advisor in this transaction.

• Subscription period: from 24 August to 4 September 2026 (12:00 noon)
• Payment date: 11 September 2026
