SF Commercial Properties Fund – Sustainable modernisations successfully implemented in various properties

The SF Commercial Properties Fund sends a strong signal for the future viability of its properties with targeted investments in sustainability and efficiency.

  • Envelope renovations in St. Gallen: The properties in St. Gallen were upgraded with partial renovations to the façade, windows and roof to ensure long-term energy efficiency and value retention.

  • Modern heating systems: In the properties in Lyss and St. Gallen, the existing oil heating systems were replaced with sustainable district heating connections, an important step towards reducing CO₂ emissions.

  • Photovoltaic initiatives: In St. Gallen, a new photovoltaic system was successfully installed and put into operation, while in Langenthal the leasing of roof space for a further photovoltaic system is being examined.

These measures underline the SF Commercial Properties Fund's commitment to sustainable and future-oriented property management.
