SF Urban Properties Ltd – long-term contracts in property at Zeltweg 67 in Zurich

No fewer than three contract extensions of 15 years each were realised in the portfolio of SF Urban Properties Ltd, more precisely in the property at Zeltweg 67 in Zurich.

The asset management company was able to secure two new leases on the upper floors to a renowned angiology practice and a dental practice specialising in orthodontics. In addition, the existing dermatology practice extended its lease for a further 15 years. The property is fully let.

A big thank you goes to Mara Ludwig, Senior Asset Manager at SF Urban Properties Ltd, who was able to position this property as a medical centre.
