The capital increase of the SF Retail Properties Fund was successfully completed

The capital increase of the SF Retail Properties Fund was successfully completed in March 2024 and the subscription rights were exercised in full.

Thanks to this issue, the fund received new money amounting to the maximum gross amount of CHF 40.9 million. The new money from the additional shares will be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio, to develop the potential of existing properties, to repay interest-bearing debt and for new acquisitions. With the installation of the new escalators, the sales areas of Aldi Switzerland and Drogerie Müller will be newly developed and the traffic routes for customers optimised.

Ground-breaking ceremony for Zentrum Dorfstrasse in Schöftland

In the presence of the authorities, architects, specialist planners and owner representatives, the ground-breaking ceremony marked the official start of construction work on the Zentrum Dorfstrasse in Schöftland.

In the new residential and commercial building, Coop will realise an enlarged sales area that meets the needs of the location. In addition, a two-storey parking lot and 36 apartments with shared outdoor space will be built. Construction will take place in two stages. Completion of the first stage with 24 residential units is planned for spring 2026. The construction project will be finalised in autumn 2027
