Aigle, Rue du Rhône 28 – Complete refurbishment

After six months of intensive construction work in collaboration with our tenants, the building has been given a new look. A new, modern façade, a roof with photovoltaic panels that produce more electricity than is consumed, a fully insulated car park with video surveillance, an entrance area with large windows and a chic, cosy interior. The gas heating was replaced by a heat pump.
