All three SFP Group Real Estate Funds Awarded Top Ratings in the GRESB 2026 Assessment

News

GRESB is the leading sustainability benchmark for the real estate industry. For the fourth time, the Swiss Finance & Property Group (SFP Group) entered its direct property investment products into the GRESB Valuation. The further improved results of the SFP Group’s real estate funds listed in Switzerland are particularly encouraging.

The SF Sustainable Property Fund achieved five stars for the first time, the highest possible rating. With 92 out of 100 points, it scored five points more than in the previous year. In the rating of its investment properties, it ranks second in a direct peer comparison (Switzerland, Residential: Multi-Family, Listed).

The SF Retail Properties Fund maintained its score of 91 out of 100. It has once again achieved five stars and ranks seventh in the direct peer comparison for its portfolio properties (Europe, Retail: Retail Centres, Listed).

The SF Commercial Properties Fund improved by one point and now stands at 92 out of 100. The SF Commercial Properties Fund therefore also achieved the highest ranking of five stars. In the investment properties rating, it ranks first in a direct peer comparison (Europe, Industrial: Distribution Warehouse, Listed).

Thomas Lavater, Head Direct Funds at Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd, commented on the GRESB results: “We are proud that all three real estate funds have achieved the top rating of five stars. Particularly noteworthy is the SF Sustainable Property Fund, which achieved a five-star rating thanks to a gradual reduction in fossil fuel heating, the implementation of building refurbishments and the full certification of all investment properties.”
