Canton Aargau Remains a Valued Tenant – Lease Agreements Successfully Extended
The canton of Aargau has extended its long-term lease agreements for our property at Amsleracherweg 8 in Buchs AG. Over 4 400 m² of office space and more than 100 parking spaces will remain a central location for important cantonal services.
The canton of Aargau is a long-standing tenant in the property, with various departments of the Department of Economic Affairs and Home Affairs, such as the cantonal police, the land registry office and the public prosecutor's office.
With these extensions, our tenant is securing the structures for the efficient operation of renowned departments in our excellently located property. We would like to thank the canton of Aargau for its long-standing loyalty and look forward to continuing our cooperation.
The property is part of the SF Commercial Properties Fund. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of commercial properties in locations with excellent transport links throughout Switzerland, focusing on Logistics, commercial, industrial and production facilities.
