As part of its succession planning, the Board of Directors has named Sascha Küng as the future CFO of SF Urban Properties Ltd from 1st January 2024. He will be taking over the reins from Reto Schnabel, who has served as the company's CFO since 2018.
In his role as CFO of the fund management company, Reto Schnabel will focus exclusively on the financial management of Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd and its products and objectives.
Alexander Vögele, Chairman of the Board of SF Urban Properties Ltd, comments on the announcement: "I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Reto for his valuable and dedicated contribution. Under his financial stewardship, we successfully grew our profitable portfolio even further. Sascha Küng is the ideal person for this position going forward."
Sascha Küng (38) joined Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd as Finance Manager in March 2021. He is a chartered accountant and holds an MSc in business informatics and a postgraduate qualification in real estate valuation.
