DreiFurlen in Lausen: End of shell construction and start of marketing

News

Construction of the building shell for the «DreiFurlen» in Lausen (BL) property of the SF Sustainable Properties Fund has been completed and marketing has commenced.

Some things have been happening on the building land parcel located in the Furlen district in Lausen (BL) since the start-up of construction in August 2019. The shell construction for the three buildings and parking garage has been completed. Through the concluded district planning process – which was executed by Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG – 52 apartments and 52 parking spaces in the parking garage are emerging. Despite the COVID-19-related restrictions, construction activities have forged ahead according to plan, thus ensuring the occupancy deadline in the first half-year of 2021. Two buildings will be ready for occupancy already as at 1 April 2021 and the third building as at 1 June 2021.

Instead of a topping-out tree, coronavirus rules of conduct are currently adorning the building shell’s façade. In light of the escalating situation, we have decided to cancel the topping-out ceremony. Nevertheless, we would like to take the opportunity here to thank the designated construction workers, planners and owner/developer representatives for the cooperation and flexibility they have demonstrated amid these challenging times, thus paving the way for the success achieved to date.

This construction progress opens the door for us to present the next phase of this new building project. The initial marketing activities should unite new tenants with the appropriate apartment. We have therefore commissioned local firm TEND AG, which has been actively marketing these apartments on the market since mid-October 2020.

The overall residential space offered can be found on the homepage at  www.dreifurlen.ch and viewing of the showcase apartment is available starting from December 2020.

We are looking forward to further reviving the neighbourhood with our new tenants.
