The SF Commercial Properties Fund, which invests in a diversified property portfolio of commercial properties throughout Switzerland with a focus on logistics, warehousing, trade, industry and production, maintains an active tenant management policy.
Not only do we hold regular discussions with our tenants, we also try to strengthen the tenant community within a property with targeted event campaigns and thus make a contribution to social sustainability. This year, the employees of the tenants at Amsleracherweg 8 in Buchs AG can look forward to an "Easter aperitif" and receive a fitting token of appreciation from the landlord, portfolio and asset manager.
