Sustainable new builds and modernisations are a high priority for the SF Sustainable Property Fund.
The 70 flats were prefabricated and then assembled into two modular high-rise buildings on Brauerstrasse in St. Gallen - quickly, cost-effectively and ecologically. The buildings are certified in accordance with the Swiss Sustainable Building Standard (SNBS). With the Platinum certificate, the property in St. Gallen is one of five projects in Switzerland. The St. Gallen Energy Agency has produced an information sheet on the reference property.
