Sustainability at SF Urban Properties Ltd
The urban locations of SFUP’s properties shape the living environment of a large number of people, whether as places to live, work or as meeting places in public spaces. By implementing ESG measures, SFUP creates long-term added value for society and the environment.
SFUP focuses primarily on the ongoing implementation of building measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve the energy efficiency of its property portfolio. In doing so, it is important to take into account the challenging conditions at inner-city locations. SFUP attaches great importance to transparent communication and collaborative partnerships with its stakeholders.
