Leasing success of SF Commercial Properties Fund in Buchs AG – lease agreement with AAA tenant!

The Canton of Aargau rents a further area of around 1 800 m² in the SF Commercial Properties Fund property in Buchs AG (Amsleracherweg 8) for the next five years. Part of the rented space will be used by the Aargau public prosecutor's office. This is an ideal complement to the cantonal police, who already rent the space. With the exit of a major tenant at the beginning of 2021, 3 800 m² of office space became available. Thereof, 2 300 m² were successfully re-let within a year.
