SFP Investment Foundation acquired the property at Marktgasse 3 in Basle in June 2022.
The empty retail outlet of 137 square metres in Basle Old Town has been let within a very short time. SFP Investment Foundation appointed SPGI Zurich to find a tenant. The new occupant will open a beauty shop in this building, which is in a location that enjoys heavy footfall, on 1 April 2023.
We would like to thank SPGI Zurich for this successful let. We are delighted that another established company has decided to rent space in one of our properties and would like to already extend a warm welcome to this tenant.
