At the SF Commercial Properties Fund’s property at Amsleracherweg 8 in Buchs AG, additional earnings potential has been created and realised with a new building improvement and the provision of rental space tailored to requirements.
As a result, the new space has a direct connection to the rental space on the upper floors. The combination of modern offices with adjoining storage space in an attractive location met with good market demand. Even before the refurbishment work was completed, the space was let at market rents. The renovated property enjoys tenants of good credit standing from industry, education and the public sector with long-term contracts and is fully let with the exception of a few square metres.
With a rental area of around 18 000 m2 and a portfolio share of 13.1%, the building in Buchs AG is the largest property in the SF Commercial Properties Fund portfolio.
