New members of the Board of Directors of the SFP Group and promotions for members of the Executive Board of Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd

Dr Hans-Peter Bauer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SFP Group AG, says: "The new members in the persons of Dr Peter Staub and Henry Bodmer will further strengthen the expertise of the Boards of Directors. Peter Staub, founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of pom+ will play an important role in the fields of real estate, ESG and digitalisation in particular. Henry Bodmer, Managing Partner at Abegg & Co. Ltd will specifically contribute his wide-ranging international investment and financing experience to the SFP Group. In addition to his operational activities as Group CEO, Adrian Murer will be able to devote more time to strategic topics and cultivate and expand contacts with clients."

In tandem with the changes to the Boards of Directors, Bruno Kurz and Remo Thomas Marti have been promoted to Co-CEOs of SFP Funds Ltd. Adrian Murer says: "I'm delighted to have found an internal operational management solution for our fund management company. Bruno Kurz and Remo Thomas Marti are ideally qualified and boast enormous experience in the direct real estate business, and optimally complement each other with their expertise."
