Proposal for the Election of a new Board Member

The Board of Directors of Swiss Finance & Property Investment AG proposes to elect Mr. Michael Schiltknecht as an additional board member at the general assembly on 10 April 2013. Reflecting the ongoing development of the company, the Board would thus like to add complementary competence. Mr. Michael Schiltknecht combines both articulate real estate experience and a large network. The Board is convinced with this proposal to foster the future development of the company.
