SF Commercial Properties Fund - Lease extension for Agrano AG in Allschwil

Agrano AG, which has been a tenant at Gewerbestrasse 25 in Allschwil since 2014, has extended its lease of around 3 000 m² of warehouse and commercial space for a further five years. The company has been operating in the bakery products area for 75 years with great success and supports customers with tailor-made concepts. We look forward to continuing our partnership-based tenancy.
