The SF Commercial Properties Fund already has good news for the new year: As of 1st January 2023, the property at Weststrasse 15 in Weinfelden was sold to Swiss Properties Invest, a public limited company listed in Denmark, as part of the strategic portfolio optimisation.
The commercial property with an area of 4,961 m2 is used by various tenants for sales, offices, trade and storage. The proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce the debt ratio and to finance a development project.
