With the aim of further strengthening its earning power, the SF Commercial Properties Fund is focussing in particular on sustainable, long-term rental agreements.
In Aclens VD, for example, two existing leases for an area of 1 800 m2 and in Staad SG a lease for an area of 600 m2 were extended for a further five years. Thanks to this pleasing development, the weighted average lease term (WAULT) is steadily improving and contributing to the further stabilisation of the portfolio.
