With the aim of further strengthening its earning power, the SF Commercial Properties Fund is focussing in particular on sustainable, long-term rental agreements.
In Aclens VD, for example, two existing leases for an area of 1 800 m2 and in Staad SG a lease for an area of 600 m2 were extended for a further five years. Thanks to this pleasing development, the weighted average lease term (WAULT) is steadily improving and contributing to the further stabilisation of the portfolio.
Further information on the fund's strategy will be provided at the presentation of the annual figures 2023 from 21 - 26 March 2024.
