SF Commercial Properties Fund – Successful lettings in City Plaza Dietikon

• 6 leases concluded in City Plaza Dietikon
• Co-working provider Markspace is renting 1,700 m² for 12.5 years

The SF Commercial Properties Fund concluded six new leases in City Plaza Dietikon in the first half of 2019. At the beginning of August, it also secured a new tenant in Markspace, the international operator of co-working spaces. Markspace will be leasing 1,700 m² on the ground floor of City Plaza Dietikon and opening its second site in Zurich next year after renovation work. The long-term lease is for 12.5 years. This means that City Plaza Dietikon has let over 2,500 m² in the current year, equivalent to a tenancy rate of over 20%, and has also won a new anchor tenant for City Plaza Dietikon with Markspace.
