SF Retail Properties Fund – new lettings in Delémont

The property was broken down to its basic structures and renovated in technical as well as energy-related terms. Its visual appearance was also improved considerably. The tenants of the apartments are pleased about the improved level of comfort and the new balconies. The ground floor is occupied by the food retailer Denner and Amavita Pharmacy. The surrounding area and adjacent park will be relandscaped in the coming months and the new parking area will be opened. The construction work for a group practice and outpatient centre of around 900 m² was started on the first floor.
