The capital increase took place from 11 November to 26 November 2019 and was carried out by means of a rights offer. Eleven (11) previous shares entitled for the subscription of one (1) new share. All of the max. 506'250 new shares were issued. The issue price was CHF 105.00 net per share certificate. This generated new resources of more than CHF 53 million (gross) for the SF Retail Properties Fund. The number of shares in circulation is now 6'075'000. The payment of the new shares will take place on 29 November 2019.
