SF Retail Properties Fund: topping-out ceremony at “Wisental Park” in Flawil
SF Retail Properties Fund acquired the “Wisental Park” new build project in Flawil on 29 July 2022. Forol Generalunternehmung AG, the general contractor who is responsible for building the retail park, completed the first phase of construction with the topping-out ceremony as planned at the end of January 2023.
According to the planned schedule, ALDI Switzerland will open its branch in this retail park in late autumn 2023, while the future tenants will move into the 18 planned 2.5 room apartments from spring 2024. Tenants and customers will have access to an underground car park with 68 parking spaces.
Thomas Lavater, Portfolio Manager of the SF Retail Properties Fund, is pleased that construction is going according to plan.
