SF Sustainable Property Fund – Nicolas Beutler to become the new portfolio manager
Roman Küng, the current portfolio manager of the SF Sustainable Property Fund, would like to reorient himself at his own request. Over the past two years, Mr. Küng has strongly influenced the SF Sustainable Property Fund, and managed the fund over the 1 billion €. mark. We would like to thank him for his extraordinary commitment and merits, and wish him all the best for his future.
Nicolas Beutler will take over the management of the SF Sustainable Property Fund
We are extremely pleased that we can welcome Mr. Nicolas Beutler as Mr. Küng’s successor. The 32-year-old Swiss national will assume the management of the fund on the 1st January 2020. Nicolas Beutler, MAS (IFZ) Bachelor of Business Administration (HWZ), has profound knowledge and more than ten years of experience in the real estate industry. Since 2007, Beutler has worked for UBS AG in the area of Corporate Real Estate, most recently as portfolio manager and director for the Zurich area branch network. We wish Mr. Beutler a good start!
