SF Sustainable Property Fund – Purchase of two properties – examination of a capital increase

Press releases
  • Purchase of two properties in Bonaduz GR and Bülach ZH at a market value of CHF 12.02 million
  • Examination of a capital increase in the second quarter of 2020

The acquisition of two properties in Bonaduz in the canton of Graubünden and Bülach in the canton of Zurich has increased the portfolio value of the SF Sustainable Property Fund to CHF 1.06 billion. The fund manager is considering a capital increase for the SF Sustainable Property Fund in the second quarter of 2020.

At the beginning of the second quarter 2020, the SF Sustainable Property Fund was able to acquire two properties with a market value of CHF 12.02 million. The transactions included the purchase of a property in Bonaduz at Sculmserstrasse 4 with eight apartments and a property in Bülach at Vogelsangstrasse 19/21 with twelve apartments. Both properties are located within the communities in quiet residential areas with good mobility options. Due to their structural condition, the energy label GEAK C is already achieved by both properties. The portfolio now comprises 92 properties.

The positive development of the SF Sustainable Property Fund and the fact that the extremely high residential share of approx. 85% is hardly affected by the current corona pandemic has prompted the fund manager to examine the possibility of a capital increase in the second quarter of 2020. The new capital would be used to purchase additional opportunities. The decision will be communicated in the coming weeks.
