SF Sustainable Property Fund: Very successful first half of 2022

- Increase in net earnings per unit from CHF 1.71 in the prior-year period to CHF 1.80
- Reduction of the vacancy rate by 0.4 percentage points to 5.5%
- NAV on a par with the end of 2021 after the distribution of CHF 3.50 per unit
Rental income increased from CHF 22.1 million in the prior-year period to CHF 25.9 million. The vacancy rate as of the balance-sheet date stood at 5.5%, down 0.4 percentage points compared to year-end 2021.
