SF Urban Properties Ltd has acquired the neighbouring plot 818 on Industriestrasse, adjacent to the Walzwerk site in Arlesheim, with a total area of 10 313 m2.
Of this, slightly more than half is building land and the rest is agricultural zone. The property was previously owned by BLT Baselland Transport AG. The change of ownership was completed on 7 February 2023.
For the time being, the property serves as a strategic land reserve. The portion of building land will probably be used temporarily as a car park.
