Swiss Finance & Property Group (SFP Group) has made changes to its organisational structure following the granting of the securities firm licence.
The SFP Group has recently acquired a FINMA securities firm licence, as announced in a media release in February. The related organisational changes within the SFP Group also have an impact on SF Urban Properties Ltd.
Asset management of SF Urban Properties Ltd’s property portfolio will in future be provided by Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd.
