The recently acquired property is situated about 100 metres from Wettsteinplatz in Kleinbasel, giving it an ideal location for the public and private transport systems. The purchase of the property is in keeping with the strategic investment approach (or focus) of SF Urban Properties Ltd, which consists of the acquisition of properties in very good locations in urban centres.
The ground floor is used as retail space, while the upper floors contain residential units. These are mostly made up of one-room and two-room apartments.
