The Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) has published its latest set of results for 2021. As a GRESB Investor Member, we have received our GRESB results and the report for SFP AST Global Core Property. SFP AST Global Core Property achieves 86 out of a possible 100 points and a five-star rating in this year's GRESB assessment.
SFP AST Global Core Property achieved an overall score of 86 out of a possible 100 points (previous year: 80 points), and a maximum possible five-star rating. We beat both the GRESB average (73 points) and the average increase (three points). SFP AST Global Core Property achieved particularly strong results in the "Performance" (56 out of 70 points) and "Management" (30 out of 30 points) categories. The product also achieved above-average results in the Environmental, Social and Governance components. All of the funds in which the group invests participate in the GRESB assessment, and beat the average of 73 points.
The SFP AST Global Core Property investment group offers Swiss employee pension funds a globally diversified portfolio of real estate funds. The different target funds invest directly in real estate in accordance with their strategies. Both investment groups focus on open-ended, unlisted real estate funds with conservative investment strategies. The core investment strategy prioritises stable returns on investment.
