SFP AST Swiss Real Estate: capital increases currently not possible

• For the time being, no units by the SFP AST Swiss Real Estate investment group will be issued with effect from 1^st January 2022, apart from announced capital increases
• Decision has been taken to protect existing investors
• Investment group growth will only be by means of announced capital increases in the future

In the interests of existing investors in the SFP AST Swiss Real Estate (SFP AST SRE) investment group, the SFP Investment Foundation has decided that, for the time being, units will only be issued as part of announced capital increases with effect from 1^st January 2022.
