In its fourth GRESB report, SFP AST Swiss Real Estate has once again scored 87 out of 100 points, thereby achieving a four-star rating for its investment properties.
Matthias Flückiger, Head of Direct Foundations at Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd, commented on the encouraging result: “Having made significant improvements last year, we have maintained this high standard this year despite further strong growth. This demonstrates the efforts we have made in recent years to improve data quality through the automation of processes and data collection. We are building on this: we are continuing to develop our properties in a targeted manner, combining environmental responsibility with long-term value preservation for our investors.”
