SFP Funds Ltd launches L-QIF for sustainable real estate development in cooperation with EROP

With the SFER Redevelopment L-QIF, SFP Funds Ltd, the fund management company of Swiss Finance & Property Group (SFP Group), is expanding its product range with an innovative real estate investment vehicle: a Swiss investment fund for qualified investors in the form of an L-QIF (Limited Qualified Investor Fund). The new fund combines high-yield real estate development with the expansion of urgently needed residential space offering. Properties are made attractive and sustainable again through targeted revitalisation.

The product is being developed in close cooperation with EROP, a partner specialising in real estate development. This optimally combines the comprehensive investment and asset management expertise of SFP Funds Ltd with the development expertise of EROP. “Thanks to its own structured methodology, all process steps in the development and construction phase are standardised at EROP, ensuring planning security, investment protection and efficient project management,” emphasises Andrea Blotti, Co-founder of EROP.
