Our event on the topic of international real estate is gratifyingly attracting more and more interest every year. After presentations on the current macro situation and the indirect international real estate market, a good 75 participants followed the topic-related presentations of four external speakers from the USA and Great Britain. The main focus was on housing and infrastructure in the USA, retail in Europe, the major cities worldwide, and upon the main topics of global infrastructure.
