SFP Investment Foundation: Ordinary General Meeting of Investors on 7 May 2025

Approval of all applications

The Ordinary General Meeting of Investors approved all of the Foundation Board's proposals by an overwhelming majority. The 2024 annual report was approved, and the audit report was acknowledged. The Members of the Foundation Board (Torsten de Santos, Adrian Schenker and Alexander Vögele) were each re-elected for a term of office of one year. All Members of the Foundation Board were also granted discharge by the Ordinary General Meeting of Investors. PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich, was re-elected as auditor for a further one-year term of office for the 2025 financial year. The Ordinary General Meeting of Investors also approved the amendments to the Investment Foundation's regulations. Attorney Pablo Bünger was present at the Ordinary General Meeting of Investors as independent proxy.

Distribution

Net income per entitlement of the SFP AST Swiss Real Estate investment group increased by 7.6% to CHF 32.60 (previous year: CHF 30.30), enabling an unchanged distribution yield of 2.4% and a lower distribution payout ratio of 85.9% (previous year: 92.4%) while maintaining a sustainable distribution at the previous year's level of CHF 28.00 per entitlement.

The stable cash flows of the target funds in the SFP AST Global Core Property investment groups also made it possible to achieve a constant distribution yield of 2.00% across all asset classes in the 2024 financial year.
