SFP Investment Foundation – Ordinary Investors’ Meeting of 6 May 2026

Approval of all applications

The members of the Foundation Board (Alexander Vögele, Adrian Schenker and Torsten de Santos) were re-elected for a further one-year term of office. At the same time, Pascal Kuchen was elected as a new member of the Foundation Board. In addition, the Investors’ Meeting approved the amendment to the articles of association proposed by the Foundation Board, according to which the Foundation Board may in future consist of a maximum of five members. All members of the Foundation Board were also formally discharged by the Investors’ Meeting. PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich, was re-elected as auditor for the 2026 financial year for a further one-year term. Attorney Pablo Bünger attended the Investors’ Meeting as independent proxy.

Distribution

Net income per entitlement of the SFP AST Swiss Real Estate investment group increased further by 4.8% to CHF 34.18 (previous year: CHF 32.60). The distribution remains unchanged at CHF 28.00 per entitlement, corresponding to a distribution payout ratio of 81.9% and a distribution yield of 2.3%. The investment yield amounted to 5.22% (previous year: 4.21%).

The solid cash flows of the underlying funds of the SFP AST Global Core Property Hedged CHF investment group made it possible to achieve a stable distribution yield of 2.00% across all unit classes in the 2025 financial year.

The next Ordinary Investors’ Meeting will take place on 5 May 2027.
