Signing of contract – Centre for Health and Outpatient Medicine in the "Centre Pré-Guillaume" in Delémont

In Delémont, the capital of the canton of Jura, the first partial refurbishment of the "Centre Pré-Guillaume" property in the SF Retail Properties Fund has been successfully completed.
In addition to 22 attractive and light-flooded flats, office, commercial and retail premises have been created in a prime location. We are particularly pleased to house the centre for health and outpatient medicine on around 1 700 m2 and would like to extend a warm welcome to our tenant Mediqo SA.
