Successful initial letting of the SF Sustainable Property Fund

News

The SF Sustainable Property Fund successfully completed the new "DreiFurlen" in Lausen building and acquired a fully let residential and commercial building located near the lake in Rorschach. Another interesting building project is being planned in St. Gallen.

Nicolas Beutler, Portfolio Manager of the SF Sustainable Property Fund, is delighted to present some of the highlights of recent months. In Lausen BL, the new DreiFurlen property was completed and successfully let. This is a particular success, as the fund has been responsible for this project from A to Z, namely from the purchase of the building land to the development and the first occupation. In addition, the capital successfully acquired with the capital increase in April 2021 was fully invested within a very short time and in line with the strategy. Two projects with particular attention are: Rorschach, Löwengartenstrasse 46 and St. Gallen, Brauerstrasse 21-23. In the Löwengarten district, on the periphery of Rorschach, a fully rented modern residential and commercial building was purchased in the vicinity of the lake. A remarkable project is currently being realised in St. Gallen. Committed to sustainability, 70 residential units are being built according to the Minergie standard using wooden elements.
