Following the successful partial letting to Cassa dei Medici Ticino (approx. 1 000 m2), the SF Retail Properties Fund has recorded a further letting.
A ten-year lease for around 1 500 m2 was signed with @OTTO'S. The opening is planned for spring 2022 and lays the foundation for the attractive and customer-friendly mall design of the upper shopping level. The letting consolidates the intended utilisation strategy after the comprehensive revitalisation.
