The SF Retail Properties Fund signs a long-term lease with JYSK for around 1 300 m2 and achieves full occupancy.
The move-in in spring 2022 will also improve the visibility of the existing tenant Qualipet. The construction project includes the creation of a customer-friendly mall, an energy-efficient building renovation and a photovoltaic system for self-consumption. The project significantly reduces vacancies and actively helps to optimise the CO2 reduction path in the long term.
