Like a modular system, the timber elements in Schöftland come together seamlessly on site: precisely prefabricated in the factory and efficiently assembled on location. This is just one of the many advantages of timber construction.
The SF Retail Properties Fund is developing a new-build project here comprising three point buildings with rental apartments, complemented by a shared garden terrace above a Coop supermarket. The project meets the demanding Minergie-ECO-P standard.
Thanks to the close collaboration of all parties involved, the Coop remains open throughout the entire construction period – a benefit for everyone.
