Requirements are more demanding than they were just a few years ago. At the REAM conference, Andreas Dal Santo explained why issues such as ESG, development, transaction management, and organizational structures are increasingly determining long-term investment success.
We are pleased that Andreas Dal Santo, Head Direct Mandates at Swiss Finance & Property Group, represented the company at the conference and shared insights into how the requirements of institutional real estate investors have evolved in recent years, particularly due to increasing investment pressure, intensified competition and growing complexity across the entire real estate lifecycle.
Topics such as transaction management, development, ESG and organisational structures are becoming increasingly important.
A key point that Andreas emphasised during his presentation was that many of today's challenges no longer primarily arise at the asset level, but increasingly at the structural and organisational level.
We would like to thank IFZ and the REAM Conference again for the invitation and the valuable discussions.
