Together on site: The SF Commercial Properties Fund hosted a tenants’ event

The SF Commercial Properties Fund organised a tenants’ event at its newly acquired property in Uetendorf near Thun.

“Working in partnership with our tenants is very important to me. This won’t be the last time,” says Hans-Peter Wasser, delighted with the successful event, which offered everyone involved the perfect opportunity to get to know one another in a relaxed atmosphere.

In keeping with the fund’s commitment to nurturing tenant relationships, a tenants’ event was held on 2 October 2026, shortly after the purchase of the commercial property. In a brief introductory speech, portfolio manager Hans-Peter Wasser presented the SF Commercial Properties Fund and invited everyone to a communal lunch in the production hall.

The detached commercial property is an ideal addition to the portfolio. It is very easily accessible from the highway and is in excellent condition. On the ground floor, two established companies specialising in timber construction are tenants with long-term leases. On the upper floor, the international energy company BKW is the largest tenant.
