Two refurbishments in Basel-Stadt successfully completed

17 apartments at Luzernerring 148 and ten apartments at Rufacherstrasse 8. Following the extensive refurbishment, both properties will save around half of their energy requirements. The measures implemented thus contribute to improving the portfolio's sustainability targets.  

 All apartments were re-let before the refurbishment work was completed.  

The building application was submitted before the Basel Housing Promotion Act came into force.
