Xer Technologies AG (Switzerland) is involved in the development, production and marketing of heavy-duty hybrid engine drones. Designed for professional use, the drones can fly for several hours, carry a payload of 10 to 20 kg and are safe to operate in adverse weather conditions. The company has branches in Singapore and Helsingborg (Sweden). The SF Commercial Properties Fund rented 724 m2 with an option for another 150 m2 for a lease term of five years to this tenant.
